The health and wellness field can be overwhelming, presumptuous, and unrealistic at times. We are constantly being fed ideas on how we should look, what we should eat, and how we should feel. This can leave us feeling hopeless and disconnected from ourselves.
I believe that for a therapeutic relationship to thrive, it is built on creating a trusting, honest, and collaborative atmosphere. I take a holistic perspective to treatment, using an eclectic approach that includes mindfulness-based cognitive behavioural therapy, and somatic-based, trauma-informed care. I take on a client-centered approach, fluidly integrating different techniques based on your story.
I believe everyone is unique and capable of change and to do so, we need to understand ourselves better. I bring a warm and compassionate approach to creating a safe space for you to explore areas where you need healing.

Passionate care is a common theme through all practitioners here at TBP. It’s seen through their interactions with clients and each other. To have so much drive in one supportive team is inspiring, and I am confident that clients are getting the best quality of care here.
