Are you feeling like your relationship with food is impeding you from living to the fullest? Perhaps you’re feeling stuck or feeling like you’re “just not yourself”. You might not know what to expect from the therapeutic progress, but you’ve reached the point that it just might be what you need.
I offer clients a treatment-oriented approach informed by my values of holism, individuality, and curiosity to meet clients where they are at. Together, we will explore your unique needs and experiences to create therapeutic goals that work best for you.
I strive to convey empathy and authenticity in forming the foundation for a therapeutic rapport that fosters comfortability, safety, and motivation on your therapeutic journey.

As someone with lived experiences with an eating disorder, I deeply understand the unrelenting demands that they carries, as well as the fear it imposes when one considers letting it go. Like you or your loved one in the throes of an eating disorder, at one point in my life, it felt like I needed it to survive. But as you or your loved one is also realizing if you’re reading this, I realized that this eating disorder was a dangerous and life-threatening form of coping that would ultimately negate my capacity to thrive. Along with my clinical expertise, my personal experience cultivates empathy and passion in helping those with different, but also similar experiences, live the life that they were meant to live.
The Balanced Practice offers you a team of practitioners specializing in eating disorders which I believe is crucial in offering comprehensive care for this mental illness. I can trust that my team acquires the same commitment to their clients’ therapeutic progress as I do which provides clients with various experts who are all on the same page.
